The World Civic Orchestra made its European debut in the historic Dvorak Hall in their second international tour. The WCO aims to be a source of hope and a beacon of light for many. Featured performers from all around the United States and abroad, the World Civic Orchestra represents everyone. Under the music directorship of Vincent Koh, the program included Sibelius' First Symphony, Ralph Iverson's Gadulka Concerto, and Peter Smekal's Vaclav Sarabande (world premiere). The WCO was honored to perform Dvorak's own composition in the very hall that he conducted the Czech Philharmonic's inaugural concert in 1896.
